Found Kaufmans through a few searches online, and chose them because of how many positive reviews they have. Brought my Lexus RC 350 to them to get an alignment and glad I did. They had me in and out in an hour. Extremely clean shop, I’ll definitely be going back for future work.

I found Roger & Kaufman's through my mechanic "back home" - I moved from the NE and my previous mechanic was part of the same independent certification network. From the first service appointment, Roger and his team have been professional, courteous, and willing to share their knowledge when it comes to care and maintenance. They're fairly priced and honest in what they see/you need. They also have a comfortable waiting room where I've set up a small work space to wait for my vehicle. Plenty of seating, refreshments, a clean rest room (that also doesn't smell like a garage or have grease stains everywhere), and some entertainment options. I've had all my services done at this location, despite them not being the cheapest or closest to my home, because I believe in their work. I've watched as their business has grown, and I really like the additional insights I now get with their visual report card - a program Kaufman's uses to provide pictures and assessments of the critical parts of your vehicle. They let you know what needs to be done, what can wait, and when it's time to give your vehicle the viking funeral it (probably) deserves. Highly recommend this team for your next service appointment.

First of all this place is Awesome, Wednesday was my first visit Wow! Amazing when a company has knowledgeable and staff! Their technology is super and their communication systems is amazing good. Sabrina is super helpful and friendly she greets you with a smile and care to their customers by the time you walk in. They were also very personable and transparent. If you are looking for a complete repair on your Mercedes this is the place! I highly recommend it! I will be here for everything when it comes to car repairs I will also make sure family and friends know of this fantastic business! Thank you so much guys!

I moved to Sarasota 4 years ago and needed to find a reliable, and fair mechanic/shop. I was referred to Kaufman’s and haven’t gone anywhere else since. They have handled everything from new fires to regular maintenance. They have competent mechanics, give reliable completion times and I have never had to bring my cars back. Their online website makes it easy to schedule your appointment. I am happy to recommend Kaufman’s to others.

I can't praise Kaufman’s Auto Repair and Roger enough. When my daughter’s Kia Sorento experienced a severe engine failure, I was managing everything remotely, which made a stressful situation even more difficult. Roger and his team were honest, professional, and extremely helpful throughout the process. They explained the situation clearly, assisted my daughter with retrieving her belongings, took care of the title transfer, and even arranged for the vehicle to be sold to a junkyard to streamline everything. During a time when I felt quite helpless being so far away, it was comforting to work with kind, trustworthy people who went above and beyond. Everything was handled with integrity and transparency. I had my car inspected using their full diagnostic scan along with a physical inspection, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The staff was extremely nice and professional, and their communication was clear and responsive from start to finish. It’s obvious they really know what they’re doing — they explained everything thoroughly and honestly. Best of all, they got everything done very fast and at a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them and will definitely be coming back if I need anything in the future.
